The Buildable website provides general information about a preliminary property-screening service. Using this website or submitting a request does not create a client relationship, reserve a territory, or form a service agreement.

No brokerage relationship

Buildable is a screening and research service, not a real-estate broker. Buildable does not represent buyers or sellers, solicit listings, negotiate transaction terms, submit offers, arrange showings, or handle deposits. Customers are responsible for using appropriately licensed brokers, attorneys, and other professionals when required.

No professional advice

Buildable is not entitlement, engineering, surveying, environmental, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Site information and examples do not replace full diligence by qualified professionals and the relevant locality.

No guarantee of a project or return

Property data can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. A surfaced property is a starting point for investigation, not confirmation that a project is permitted, feasible, financeable, or profitable. Historical backtests and examples do not promise future performance.

Founder access and territory arrangements

Founder pricing, free trials, full-price territory access, exclusivity, service scope, eligibility, corrections, credits, refunds, and any performance protection are governed only by a signed agreement. The advertised feasibility credit, 30-day refund protection, and 90-day payment pause apply only to an eligible signed territory agreement purchased at the full $5,000 territory price. Founder pricing, discounted pilots, and free trials are not eligible. Marketing descriptions do not amend an agreement.

Ownership and acceptable use

Buildable’s site content, methods, presentation, and branding are owned by Buildable or its licensors. You may not scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute them except as allowed in writing.
